Material is confirmed against your requirement or drawing rather than assumed, and recorded for the order.

Dimensional Requirements
Sizes and dimensions are agreed from your drawing, sample or the catalogue size table for the product.

Thread Requirements
Thread form and size, BSW, American National Form or Metric, are confirmed with you before production.

Surface Finish
Natural, nickel plated, tin plated or other coating as per customer specification.

Production
Components are manufactured against the confirmed specification, with continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Inspection
Parts are checked against the agreed specification before despatch.

Final Supply
Supply is completed with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
